ASTAR Air Cargo Announces Finance Department Promotions

Godly Named Vice President; Marin and Nobo Appointed Director
MIAMI — ASTAR Air Cargo (ASTAR) today announced several promotions for members
of its Finance and Accounting Department:

Martin Godly has been promoted to Vice President, Operations Finance
and will report to Steve Doyle, President of the company. Godly
previously served as Managing Director, Operations Finance and is
responsible for business oversight of flight and ground operations,
aircraft maintenance, operational cost containment, and charter
profitability. He joined ASTAR in 2003 as Director of Financial
Planning and Analysis after more than 22 years as an aviation
consultant and as an employee of Pan American World Airways. Godly has
engineering degrees from Princeton and MIT and an MBA from Rutgers
University. -
Alejandra Marin will be promoted to Director, Corporate Accounting and
Controller. Marin is responsible for corporate accounting and accounts
payable and serves as Controller for ASTAR. Marin has an accounting
degree from Florida International University and is pursuing an MBA
from the University of Florida. She joined ASTAR in 2006 from
Pharmanet Development Group where she served as Assistant Controller.
She is a certified public accountant and was also previously employed
at Grant Thornton
